Janeiro Support Services Pty Ltd delivers mobile, in-home and community-based disability and aged care support across the Perth metropolitan area and throughout regional WA — from Joondalup to Rockingham, Bunbury to Broome, and almost everywhere in between.
Where we provide support
Our support workers travel to clients' homes, communities and local facilities right across Western Australia. Our coverage includes:
- Perth metropolitan area — every corner of the metro, from Yanchep and Two Rocks in the north to Mandurah in the south, and out to the Perth Hills in the east.
- South West & Great Southern — Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River, Albany, Denmark and the towns in between.
- Wheatbelt, Goldfields & Esperance — Northam, Merredin, Kalgoorlie–Boulder, Esperance and surrounding shires.
- Midwest, Gascoyne, Pilbara & Kimberley — Geraldton, Carnarvon, Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman, Broome, Kununurra and many remote communities.

Travel, scheduling & no surprises
- Travel arrangements are confirmed with you before supports begin, so there are no surprises on your invoice.
- Regular schedules are locked in with the same support worker where possible, so you see a familiar face each visit.
- One-off visits, respite and short-notice supports are available, subject to worker availability in your area.
- For regional and remote locations, we group supports into planned blocks so every trip delivers real value.
- Virtual check-ins can supplement face-to-face visits between trips where appropriate.
Service area FAQs
Do you really cover regional and remote WA?
Yes. We provide supports in regional centres such as Bunbury, Albany, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie and Broome, and we travel to smaller towns and remote communities throughout the state. Visits are planned ahead so your supports are reliable and well organised.
How is travel handled?
Travel is agreed with you before supports start and itemised transparently on your statements. For clients further out, we group services into scheduled blocks to keep travel costs as low as possible.
Can I use my NDIS plan or Home Care Package?
Yes. We support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants as well as Home Care Package recipients across all of our service areas. If you're unsure what your plan or package will cover, we're happy to help you work it out.
What if my town isn't on the list?
Contact us anyway. Coverage grows with demand, and we'd rather find a way to help than leave you without support. Email ceo@janeirosupportservices.online with your location and we'll confirm what's possible.
